(because you have to bear all the expenses like shipping fee which will cost 2x of the original item price to repair)

- Items get damaged during shipping
- Items loss/confiscated during shipping
- Sellers ordered the wrong item
- Items not up to expectation: color, size, quality etc
Postage Fee
Normal Postage
- Sanitary Pad Holders : $0.80 per item
- Onto Headphones / Earpieces : $1.50 per item
- Button, Pottery Headphone / Metal Frame Wallets : $2.00 per item
- Bags : $3 per items
Registered Postage
- Normal Postage fee (per item) + $2.30
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damaged/lost items sent via normal postage hence registered postage are strongly encouraged.
- Buyers are to undertake all responsibilities for damages and losses of items if sent by post (Registered & Normal)
